A Day in the Life of a Personal Trainer:  

  • Show passion, purpose, care and coaching by designing and implementing safe and effective exercise programs, incorporating a variety of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and restorative techniques.  

  • Provide personalized training sessions tailored to each client's needs.

Compensation for Client Sessions  

At Club Brands, we believe your hard work and expertise should be rewarded. That’s why our trainers earn competitive pay based on certification level—with the opportunity to grow as you advance in your career.  

Level 1  

  • Earn $20 per 60-minute session  

Level 2  

  • Earn $25 – $35 per 60-minute session  

Level 3  

  • Earn $30 – $50 per 60-minute session  

Elite Level 

  • Earn $35 – $67 per 60-minute session  

*** 30-minute sessions are compensated at half the rate of a 60-minute session.

Certifications, Degrees &Training Experience: 
  • Holds one or more nationally accredited PT Certifications 
  • CPR/AED certified, required 
  • High school diploma or GED, required 
  • Four-year degree in Exercise Science or a related field, preferred 
  • Minimum one-year personal training experience, preferred 
  • Previous experience in fitness program design, preferred 
 
Physical Requirements: 
  • Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs. 
  • Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing.
