We are a collaborative team that values attention to detail, strong communication, and pride in doing great work.
Everything Kitchens is looking for a detail-oriented Web Updates Associate to help maintain and expand our e-commerce platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring our product content is accurate, compelling, and optimized for customers shopping online.
You will work closely with our purchasing and marketing teams to launch new products, maintain accurate product information, and support our presence across multiple online marketplaces.
If you enjoy working with product data, writing product content, and organizing information in online systems, this is a great opportunity to join a growing e-commerce team.
What You Will Do:
  • Oversee the Web Updates Department to ensure customer-facing content, product listings, and media is accurate and meets Everything Kitchens' standard.
  • Seek out website improvements and plan corrective actions.
  • Communicate with purchasing team regarding brand and workflow priority.
  • Create, publish, and oversee product pages on EverythingKitchens.com, including product descriptions, specifications, images, and category placement
  • Maintain and update existing website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Plan and build website homepages with directions from Marketing and Purchasing Departments
  • Write clear, engaging product descriptions, brand highlights, and homepage content that highlight features, benefits, and key product details
  • Monitor listings to ensure product information, pricing, and images are correct
  • Coordinate with purchasing and marketing teams to ensure new products are launched efficiently
  • Maintain clean and accurate product data including attributes, specifications, and product details
  • Review product information from vendors and organize it into usable content for our website and marketplaces
  • Identify opportunities to improve product pages, content quality, and product organization across platforms

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with copyediting
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and product data
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace tools
