Metro Area Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (Programmer 1) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role will contribute to software development efforts involving data analysis, reconciliation and consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance. Job Responsibilities * Support the development and maintenance of a large-scale .NET application. * Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation activities. * Support multi-source data integration and deduplication. * Analyze trends and patterns within complex datasets. * Develop queries and reporting solutions. * Contribute to user interface design and development. * Support mobile application development. * Participate in CI/CD processes and software delivery activities. * Collaborate with technical teams supporting highly available national security systems.
