Job description

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II. (CCNA - SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP)"" Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.
Java development experience.
Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies.
ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., Administrator, Developer).
