Join our team at Brand Addition as a Junior Merchandiser, where you'll gain hands-on experience in merchandising and the promotional products industry. In this role, you'll support some of the world's largest brands in building product assortments that enhance both internal and external brand engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of promotional products and the merchandising industry
  • Lead product range development for small to medium-sized clients, including sourcing, pricing, sampling, and branding
  • Work across categories such as apparel, headwear, bags, drinkware, office essentials, home & outdoor, electronics, food & gifts, packaging, and more
  • Present curated product ranges to clients both in person and virtually throughout the year
  • Assist Merchandising Team members with data entry, order tracking, and sample coordination
  • Input and maintain accurate product and supplier information in Brand Addition's database and ERP system
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management and Inventory Buying teams to meet client expectations and deadlines
  • Support on-site vendor visits by managing schedules, sending invites, and hosting vendors
  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers
  • Learn and apply critical product safety and compliance guidelines (e.g., CPSIA, Prop 65, UL testing, REACH, Country of Origin, HTS codes)
  • Partner with global Brand Addition teams to ensure product alignment across regions
  • Attend supplier meetings and industry trade shows throughout the year
  • Complete additional tasks as needed to support departmental goals
