The position reports to the Construction Manager working directly with the client.As a Cost Estimator, you will prepare cost estimates for specific disciplines and provide support to senior staff. You’ll conduct budget and market estimates, trade reconciliations while utilizing project documentation, industry standards, and current market costs.
