Job description

Position: Junior UI/UX & Visual Designer
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid – Reston, VA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-centered UI/UX and visual design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, responsive designs, user flows, personas, and journey maps.
  • Work closely with UX professionals, developers, Agile teams, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain design documentation, design guides, and design libraries.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support Human-Centered Design (HCD) practices throughout the Agile lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams on user stories and acceptance criteria.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional UI/UX and visual design experience.
  • Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with wireframing and clickable prototyping.
  • Experience creating responsive designs across platforms and screen sizes.
  • Experience with personas, journey maps, user stories, and content flows.
  • Strong HCD/UX portfolio.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
