Job description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Technical Writer / Business Analyst to support the creation of clear, accurate documentation and assist with business requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation while also helping teams define and improve business processes. Key Responsibilities Technical Writing Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather information.
Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
Assist in maintaining document repositories and version control processes. Business Analysis Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings.
Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support testing activities by assisting with test scenarios, user acceptance testing (UAT), and requirement traceability.
Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Information Systems, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating documentation and process flows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
Experience writing software, API, system, or business process documentation.
Knowledge of requirements gathering methodologies.
Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus.
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
