Education

  • Bachelor''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s degree with 8+ years of experience in Business Assurance
  • Certification in one of the following Analyst, Computer Systems (Junior), Quality Assurance, Quality Analyst, Project Management, Information Technology

Required Experience.

  • At least (3) years BA IT experience in working with Maryland State (i.e., designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining)
  • Total 8+ years of experience in Business system Analyst
  • Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks.
  • Technical business analyst experiences managing several projects simultaneously. Understanding of how databases work and basic querying skills, Webservices or API works and
  • Familiar with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel (advanced functions), or basic visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies through training or certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Experience in managing and execution of multiple related operational requests / projects simultaneously.
