Notre client est a la recherche d'un(e) agent(e) de la chaine d'approvisionnement proactif(ve) et analytique pour soutenir un important fabricant d'avions commerciaux et assurer la disponibilite des materiaux necessaires aux activites de production.

Votre role

Ce poste joue un role essentiel dans le maintien de la continuite de la chaine d'approvisionnement en gerant les bons de commande, en surveillant la performance des fournisseurs, en attenuant les ruptures d'approvisionnement et en coordonnant les plans de redressement avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes. La personne retenue agira comme point de contact operationnel entre les fournisseurs et les equipes multidisciplinaires afin d'assurer les livraisons a temps et de minimiser les interruptions de production.

Responsabilites

  • Valider les besoins en materiel et assurer l'execution en temps opportun des livraisons associees aux bons de commande.
  • Gerer l'emission des bons de commande ainsi que toutes les activites administratives connexes, notamment la reception, la facturation, la gestion des stocks et les parametres de stock de securite.
  • Analyser les retards de livraison et les enjeux de performance des fournisseurs, puis prioriser les actions afin de reduire les impacts sur les lignes de production.
  • Gerer les plans operationnels a court et a long terme, y compris les penuries, les modifications techniques (retrofit) et les initiatives de redressement de l'approvisionnement.
  • Surveiller la performance de la chaine d'approvisionnement en ce qui concerne la reception, les ateliers de production, le transport et l'expedition, et corriger les ecarts lorsqu'ils sont identifies.
  • Collaborer directement avec les fournisseurs afin de mettre en uvre des plans d'actions correctives et preventives.
  • Developper de solides relations de travail avec les equipes de Qualite de la chaine d'approvisionnement (SCQM), Ingenierie, Fabrication, Qualite, Production, Gestion de la conformite et Approvisionnement strategique.
  • Gerer les materiaux non conformes, y compris les reparations, les retours et les mesures de recuperation.

Job Title:  Junior Supply Chain Officer

Work Location: Mirabel, QC (hybrid)

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Officer to support a large commercial aircraft manufacturer and ensure material availability for production activities.

Your role

This position plays a critical role in maintaining supply chain continuity by managing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, mitigating shortages, and coordinating recovery plans with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will act as the operational focal point between suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery performance and minimize production disruptions

Tasks

  • Validate material requirements and ensure timely execution of purchase order deliveries.
  • Manage purchase order placement and all related administrative activities, including receiving, invoicing, inventory management, and safety stock parameters.
  • Analyze delivery delays and supplier performance issues and prioritize actions to minimize production line impacts.
  • Manage both short-term and long-term operational plans, including shortages, retrofits, and supply recovery initiatives.
  • Monitor supply chain performance across receiving, production shops, transportation, and shipping activities, and address discrepancies when identified.
  • Collaborate directly with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Conformance Management, and Strategic Procurement teams.
  • Manage non-conforming materials, including repairs, returns, and recovery actions.
  • Maintain visibility of inventory levels and ensure suppliers implement action plans to sustain optimal stock availability.
  • Define and coordinate recovery plans with production teams when supply disruptions occur.
  • Understand and optimize the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) associated with assigned commodities.
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, material planning, or manufacturing operations.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $63,277- $77,330 CAD / year
