Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company looking for a Top Secret cleared Senior Software Developer to join their mission critical team. The role involves maintaining knowledge in various programming languages, serving as a senior code producer, and supporting operational systems enhancements and security updates.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge in the programming languages and methods utilized in the tasks such as Java, JSP, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, Spring Transactions, Dojo, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, Ant, and/or Maven.
• Serve as a senior level code producer in the development customer operational and application systems.
• Support the maintenance and lead efforts of in a 24x7x365 operational state, including system enhancements, bug fixes, and security enhancements.
• Demonstrate ability to code an effective solution specific to project requirements.
• Develop programs, tests and debugs all applications in appropriate QA environment, adhering to departmental standards, policies and procedures.
• Document programs in accordance with development standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Required to have eight (8) years as an Application Developer, requirements analysis, migration services, technical leadership, customer business consulting, system architecture consulting, or success in a similar position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in application development using Java, JSP, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, Spring Transactions, Dojo, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, Ant, and/or Maven.
• Experience in implementing the enhancements of an existing system and developing new code base for 24x7x365 mission critical applications using proven best-practice patterns and coding standards in a controlled development environment.
• Ability to perform testing and analysis of code for all contingencies outlined in the requirements documentation.
• Active Top Secret clearance
Preferred:
• Preferred knowledge of Electonic Biometric Transmission Specification (EBTS) data structure and experience in parsing and building EBTS messages.
