Job description

We are hiring for all levels. Our compensation package is tied to the engineering level for which you are hired, and we may offer a higher level if a candidate’s experience supports it. The base salary range for Junior Software Engineers is $90,000-$100,000/year. Promotions are considered regularly, even outside of formal review cycles, and it’s not uncommon for new employees to be promoted within their first 6–12 months. Higher engineering levels come with increased base salary and significantly greater bonus potential.

All packages include a range of benefits such as health insurance, public transportation passes, a generous vacation and sick leave policy, 401(k), laptop reimbursement, an office desk/peripherals budget, a $5,000 pretax bonus for new employees starting in the Boston office, and more.
