As a Electrical Designer Level 3, you'll play a key role in bringing smart, sensible, and sustainable MEP solutions to life across nearly every project type and market.You'll work side-by-side with engineers, clients, and design partners - developing electrical systems that make buildings safer, healthier, and more efficient. This role calls for technical expertise, project ownership, and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.Why This Role MattersThis is more than a production seat. As a Designer Level 3, you'll own your work, guide junior designers, and coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver quality projects on schedule.
