What You'll Do
  • Skillfully scale, adapt, and format master design files into various digital dimensions (e.g., banners, social media graphics, web assets) and print specifications.
  • Prepare flawless print-ready mechanicals, meticulously setting bleeds, color modes, crop marks, and ensuring optimal image resolution, alongside exporting perfectly optimized digital files.
  • Act as a guardian of our brand, strictly adhering to established guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and grid structures across all resized assets.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all files, identifying and correcting typos, verifying correct file formatting, addressing missing links, and ensuring proper layer organization before final delivery or handoff.
  • Implement and maintain clear file naming conventions, logical folder structures, and robust digital asset management (DAM) organization.
  • Work seamlessly with senior designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet ambitious production deadlines and deliver high-quality assets efficiently.

What You'll Bring (Must-Haves)
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 2+ years of dedicated production design and/or graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A solid understanding of digital display specifications, print pre-press setup, color spaces (RGB vs. CMYK), and image resolution (DPI/PPI).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
