Job Title: Scrum Master Locations: Atlanta, GA (Flex Onsite Schedule 2 days per week) Duration: 6 Months Contract Agile Facilitation Job Description – Scrum Master We are looking for a Scrum Master who will act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams. The role focuses on helping teams grow, improve performance, and follow Agile best practices while ensuring smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Scrum Master for an Agile team within a product or feature area Guide and coach the team on Agile/Lean methodologies Support Agile ceremonies, release planning, and remove any blockers Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams throughout development Improve team productivity, transparency, and predictability Track and escalate complex issues or cross-team dependencies Help prepare teams for planning and alignment events Ensure use of proper tools and quality practices (like story kick-offs, testing, etc.) Monitor team performance metrics and suggest improvements Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the team Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment Required Skills & Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Tech-savvy with basic project management knowledge Strong teamwork, innovation, and execution mindset Top Must-Have Skills: Experience managing teams using AI tools Experience setting up new teams / change management Proven track record of improving team workflow and delivery Strong servant leadership skills
