Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-facing to join our team as a contractor. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our core engineering team and our clients. You will be responsible for deploying, customizing, and troubleshooting our software solutions directly within client environments.This is an ideal role for a junior developer, systems engineer, or technical support specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience who enjoys solving complex technical puzzles and working directly with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Deployment: Assist in the installation, configuration, and integration of our software platforms into client environments.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues reported by clients, escalating complex bugs to the core engineering team.
  • Customization: Write basic scripts or utilize APIs to build custom configurations and integrations tailored to specific client workflows.
  • Documentation: Create clear deployment guides, internal knowledge base articles, and client-facing troubleshooting documentation.
Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1–3 years of professional experience in software engineering, technical support, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Programming Basics: Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash, or SQL).
