Job summaryA Sales Associate serves as a key liaison between the company and its customers. The role involves educating clients about company products, new market launches, and their benefits. The Junior Sales Associate may obtain customer contact details through referrals or company records and is responsible for maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with clients. In addition to servicing existing accounts, they are also tasked with identifying and establishing new accounts with potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and analytical skills to assess various business situations and stay updated on industry developments.
