Job description

We are hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in building scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet user needs and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualifications:
