Job description

OneSparQ is looking for a junior risk analyst to join an industrial and wholesale distributor located in Atlanta, GA.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in risk management or insurance claims
  • Experience handling claim intake, follow-ups, and payment coordination
  • Strong understanding of Workers Comp and Insurance renewals
  • Comfortable managing inboxes, hotline calls, mail, and invoice processing


Additional Skill: (not required)

  • Claims adjuster background (1–2 years preferred)
  • Experience with RiskConnect or similar RMIS


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Certificate of Insurance process
  • Assist with the insurance renewal process
  • Assist with claim calls (respond to calls and emails to general risk lines)
  • Mail (open, distribute and file paper mail)
  • Forward Incoming Checks to Accounting
  • Process payment requests
  • Issue Monthly/Quarterly Invoices
  • Assist with Audit Preparations
  • Assist with administration of claims (WC, Auto, and GL)
  • Monthly update of HR contact list
  • Sort and Save Reports
