Job Summary

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the organizationโ€™s risk management framework by identifying, analyzing, and quantifying risks that may impact strategic and operational objectives. This role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, enabling informed, risk-aware decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Analyst (Level 1)

  • Support risk identification exercises by gathering and documenting stakeholder inputs
  • Maintain and update the enterprise risk register ensuring data accuracy
  • Perform qualitative risk assessments using established frameworks
  • Collect and organize data for risk scoring and heat map development
  • Validate risk data integrity
  • Prepare draft reports and assist with management dashboards
  • Format and proofread risk documentation and presentations
  • Participate in workshops, capturing notes and action items
  • Track mitigation plans and follow up with risk owners
  • Manage monitoring schedules and review timelines
  • Support ERM initiatives with assigned tasks
