Junior Repo Traders are entry-level professionals who assist in the trading of repurchase agreements (repos), which are short-term loans used primarily by financial institutions to manage liquidity. They support more senior traders in executing trades, monitoring market conditions, and managing collateral. Their responsibilities often include data analysis, risk assessment, and ensuring transactions comply with internal and regulatory policies.
