This position is a fully remote Mechanical Engineer responsible for designing and upgrading laser printing setups for customers in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and packaging equipment industries. The role encompasses a dynamic blend of field service and office work within the coding and marking division. The engineer will engage directly with clients, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in manufacturing plant environments. • Experience as a plant engineer, corporate engineer, OEM engineer, or sales engineer with a strong engineering focus is preferred
  • Industry exposure in food, beverage, pharma, or packaging equipment, specifically in coding and marking, is preferred

Benefits:
  • Two healthcare plans available: a traditional PPO plan and a high-deductible health plan
  • The healthcare provider is BCBS of Illinois
  • 401K with a 100% match on the first 4% and a 50% match on the next 2%
  • Standard PTO includes 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 2 floating holidays, with the potential for negotiation
