Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled Advanced Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced quality control plans and inspection methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSSGB, CSSBB) preferred.
  • Strong understanding and application of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality management systems.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other ASQ certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
