As a Managed Services - Senior BI Engineer - Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading business intelligence initiatives to drive strategic insights and informed decision-making for clients
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams and solving complex problems
- Utilizing business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to enhance insights generation
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across business intelligence teams
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
- Mentoring junior staff and leveraging team strengths to deliver on client expectations
- Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
