We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MicroStrategy Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions, leveraging the MicroStrategy platform to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities-

  • Architect and implement sophisticated MicroStrategy solutions to meet complex business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust BI solutions that deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Optimize existing MicroStrategy applications and reports for performance, reliability, and usability, utilizing best practices and advanced optimization techniques.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement of BI capabilities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications-

  • 10+ years of experience in MicroStrategy development, including extensive experience with report development and dashboard design.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, including performance tuning and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with additional BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
