We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. This role is located at a client site in either Birmingham, AL, Knoxville, TN, Columbia, SC or Lafayette, LA. Work with structured and large scale datasets to support application and analytical requirements. . Implement monitoring and operational support using AWS CloudWatch and related services. . Apply AWS IAM, Secrets Manager, and security best practices when working with cloud applications and data. . Participate in CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting, and other DevOps activities. . Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams in a financial services environment. Required qualifications to be successful in this role . 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience. . Strong practical experience developing and supporting solutions in AWS. . Experience with key AWS services, particularly Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EC2, and CloudWatch. . Strong SQL skills, including querying and working with large datasets. . Experience with data engineering, data processing, or data intensive applications. . Hands on experience with Amazon Redshift. . Familiarity with container technologies and services such as ECS and/or EKS. . Understanding of AWS security services and practices, including IAM and Secrets Manager. . Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD concepts. . Strong troubleshooting and production support skills. .
