This full-time position is part of our Production Department and focuses primarily on creating marketing, sales, and event collateral. It's an ideal opportunity for an early-career designer who enjoys the production process, has exceptional attention to detail, and is excited to grow while working across multiple brands and platforms.

We're looking for a digital-first designer who is comfortable creating social media graphics, digital advertising, presentations, and promotional materials, while also preparing files for print production. Success in this role requires someone who is organized, collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, event signage, digital ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, media kits, sell sheets, and other promotional collateral.
  • Create production-ready print and digital files that meet brand and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, sales, editorial, and creative teams to develop and execute projects.
  • Update and maintain existing marketing materials, templates, and branded assets.
  • Source and prepare photographs, graphics, and artwork.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting production schedules and deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy throughout proofing, revisions, and final approvals.
  • Assist with advertiser campaigns, special projects, and other creative team needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1โ€“3 years of graphic design or production design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, and clean, modern design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office on a Mac.
  • Experience designing for print and digital platforms; familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Lightroom is a plus.
  • Understanding of print production, prepress, PDF workflows, templates, style sheets, and preparing print-ready files.
  • Working knowledge of copyediting best practices, proofreading techniques, and standard proofreading marks.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable receiving feedback while maintaining brand standards.

If this sounds like an exciting opportunity to you, please send a cover letter, resume, salary requirements, and portfolio link to jobs@greenspring.com.
