Job description

Hybrid 3 days a week downtown Minneapolis. Junior-level Project Manager to support standard program governance processes. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Callie Martin, to help execute and maintain governance frameworks and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commitment, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Training and direction will be provided by an on-site strategic vendor partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of standard program governance processes.
  • Assist with project coordination and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in training and development activities to build PM capabilities.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for project activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong commitment to onsite presence and team collaboration.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of project coordination or administrative support.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
