Description

Position Summary


The Junior Solution Architect serves as a technical resource to the Customer Success and Sales team, acting as a vital collaborator with CallTower's sales and product teams. This position requires the ability to clearly communicate technology concepts and solution positioning to both business and technical users, ensuring that all stakeholders fully understand the value and capabilities of the proposed solutions. The Junior Solution Architect is also responsible for identifying all technical issues related to customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained throughout each stage of the sales process.


Position Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales support to identify and present solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of our customers within our product portfolio

Perform client consultations supporting the voice infrastructure, and sharing recommendations for designing, planning, and implementation

Collaborate with various teams to diagnose solution gaps, evaluate design issues and provide design-level guidance where needed

Develop materials to ensure consistent product demos so that they are done uniformly. This would include PowerPoint presentations and sales documentation to be used during the specific demo. This would include the list of questions that need to be asked prior to the demo starting

Deliver effective demos of CallTower's main products and services including the ancillary products. (MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, CT Cloud Voice, CT Cloud Fax, CT Text, CT Call Recording, CT Analytics, CT Unite)

Oversee scoping, identification and creation of Statements of Work (SOW) for solutions

Identify optimal technical solutions to solve the existing customers' needs

Share best practices for recommended roadmap to achieve the proposed solution

Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered

Crosstrain with different product lines and communicate the value of products to others.

Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs in a collaborative manner with the sales team assigned

Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams

Collaborate with the Product team to deploy new products


Technical Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline. Or 6+ years of relevant work experience

Strong executive presentation skills with the ability to guide senior business leaders through proposed solutions, clearly articulating business value, and driving stakeholder alignment

3+ years of Experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, project management, or product development.

3+ years of Experience with UCaaS or CCaaS platforms as well as ancillary products to support these solutions

Technical certifications relating to UCaaS or CCaaS are an asset for the role

A professional business attitude and courteous manner toward clients, partners, and co-workers

Ability to work weekends and/or off-hours as necessary to meet clients' needs

This position may require travel, locally, nationally, and internationally

Excellent written and verbal communication skills which include demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective

Ability to generate labor estimates for professional services
