  • Technical Integration: Work closely with Structural Leads and Designers to translate analysis into precise design documents and 3D models using Navisworks and Bluebeam.
  • Quality Management: Maintain a high level of attention to detail by performing rigorous self-checks and conducting calculation reviews for peer engineers.
  • Project Ownership: Manage your specific portion of the structural scope, ensuring all deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Initiative & Problem Solving: Navigate complex or ill-defined project needs by exercising sound engineering judgment and proactively identifying scope changes.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and coaching to drafters and junior engineers while embracing emerging design technologies.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Software: Proficiency in structural engineering analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
  • Location: Must reside in the USA Northwest Region (AK, ID, MT, OR, WA, WY) or Fort Worth, TX.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Advanced Degree: MS in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in semiconductor or general industrial facility design.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading small teams or mentoring junior staff.
