Business Analyst Junior

TULK is a boutique consulting firm providing technology and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government. Our team supports Defense, Intelligence Community, and National Security clients with mission-focused business operations, program support, communications, data, policy, and management services.

About the Work

Support business operations, SharePoint content, requirements intake, reporting, and process documentation for U.S. Government mission organizations.

Your Duties

  • Maintain and update SharePoint and web-based content to keep information current and accessible.
  • Support requirements intake, tracking, metrics, and routine reporting.
  • Assist with business process documentation, tool updates, workforce messaging, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Help identify process issues and support practical improvements to office workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

  • TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant webpage, SharePoint, UI/UX, business, or technical support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with SharePoint, Tableau, JIRA, MS Project, or related tools.
