In This Role, You Will
  • Lead end-to-end design of sophisticated mechanical systems and products, optimizing for performance and reliability.
  • Oversee large engineering projects, ensuring specifications, schedules, and costs are met.
  • Set technical direction and solve complex engineering issues with sound judgment and data.
  • Plan and conduct advanced analyses and verification testing to validate designs.
  • Approve drawings, models, and prototypes, ensuring compliance with standards and manufacturability.
  • Partner closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams; engage clients and suppliers to drive program success.
  • Coach junior and mid-level engineers in best practices, reviews, and design techniques.
  • Champion continuous improvement and stay on top of modern mechanical engineering trends and tools.
What Youโ€™ll Bring To The Team
  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience, including leading cross-functional mechanical development efforts.
  • Mastery of CAD platforms such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD; familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows.
  • Strong background in advanced design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven leadership, project management, and communication capabilities.
  • Track record of handling multiple concurrent initiatives across the product lifecycle.
  • Experience with ISO and ASME standards and regulatory compliance.
Technologies Youโ€™ll Touch
  • CNC automation and related manufacturing systems.
  • 3D modeling and 2D documentation using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Industrial controls integration.
  • Core CAD toolchains (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
