Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Process Engineer to join our customer's  manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or someone with early manufacturing experience who is eager to learn and grow. Working alongside experienced engineers and production teams, you will help improve manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support quality initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship, co-op, or up to 1 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

  • Participate in new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions for production issues.
  • Help maintain quality system documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Respond to production concerns in a timely manner and assist in resolving manufacturing issues.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
