Location: Kansas City, Missouri

About the role

What you’ll do
  • Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Create a referral network, building a pipeline to consistently hit weekly/monthly activity and production goals
  • Discuss needs with prospects, generate quality quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and share best practices
  • Maintain licensing and follow required compliance standards
