I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995 and earned my Master's degree in 1997. My wife and I have been married for 31 years, and we have three sons-two college graduates and one currently a junior in college. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Wood - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
