  • Lead onboarding for high-value clients by designing scalable, efficient processes that reduce time to launch and ensure accurate attribution setup
  • Develop and execute advanced, multi-channel PPC and digital advertising strategies aligned to client business objectives
  • Analyze performance data across platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Sigma, CRM, call tracking, etc.) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
  • Lead executive-level performance reviews, presenting insights, recommendations, and long-term strategic plans
  • Influence and align senior client stakeholders to drive decision-making, budget expansion, and adoption of new strategies
  • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Executives to increase revenue and retention
  • Act with urgency and ownership while partnering cross-functionally to solve complex problems and drive measurable outcomes
  • Mentor and support junior team members by tracking and resolving issues and sharing agency-grade performance optimization best practices.
  • Actively represent our company and engage with the Recovery.com community on major social media platforms, such as LinkedIn

  • Experience in PPC campaign management, including proficiency in Google Ads and related platforms
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, enterprise-level advertising accounts with significant budgets
  • Strong experience working with executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations
  • Deep understanding of the modern tracking ecosystem, including GA4, GTM, call tracking and CRM integration.

What we think will improve your chances of success

  • Experience working in a fast-paced digital advertising agency managing high-value or enterprise clients
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through account expansion and retention strategies
  • Experience influencing cross-functional initiatives and contributing to product or process improvements
