The Power BI Analyst is responsible for transforming operational, financial, customer, and network performance data into actionable business intelligence that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners with leaders across network operations, engineering, construction, customer service, sales, and finance to develop reporting solutions that improve visibility into business performance and network operations.

What will I do?
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into business performance.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and analytical tools that support organizational decision-making.
  • Ensure reporting solutions are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder needs.

Data Modeling & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models, semantic models, and datasets that support reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Create DAX calculations, measures, and business logic required to support reporting requirements.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business intelligence findings.
  • Support forecasting, benchmarking, and performance measurement initiatives.

Network & Operational Analytics
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into network performance, service delivery, customer growth, construction progress, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze broadband subscriber, revenue, service utilization, and network utilization trends to support business planning and resource allocation.
  • Support reporting and analytics related to fiber deployment projects, network expansion initiatives, and capital investment programs.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network reliability, service availability, customer support, and project delivery.
  • Partner with Engineering, Network Operations, Construction, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable business insights.

Data Integration & Quality Management
  • Develop and maintain data transformation and integration processes utilizing Power Query, SQL, and related technologies.
  • Connect and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources, including databases, cloud platforms, spreadsheets, and enterprise applications via API's or connectors.
  • Monitor data quality, validate reporting accuracy, and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Evaluate emerging business intelligence technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Recommend enhancements that improve reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and user experience.
  • Participate in analytics projects and organizational initiatives that support strategic priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience translating business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
  • Deep understanding of API's (creating and/or integrating)
