Description
We are a growing law practice searching for a paralegal with extensive expertise in all parts of Family law who can hit the ground running as we construct our ideal team.
We believe in justice and fairness for clients.
You will be a member of a dynamic and developing team. Applicants should be experienced, well-organized professionals who can work alone and with little supervision.
Because this is a full-time position, you must work in the office two days a week. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, and there is the possibility of receiving bonus compensation for exceptional achievement.
Qualifications
Characteristics:
• Detail-oriented to keep track of key dates and avoid costly mistakes
• Self-starter with the ability to independently seek out new projects
• Team-oriented with the necessary flexibility of a growing law firm
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, so we never miss a deadline
• 10+ years of previous experience working in Family Law in Washington is required
• 2 years minimum at a firm
• Experience in training and leading junior paralegals and legal assistants
