  • Fixed site security teams
The Analyst will also supervise and provide task direction to a Junior Intelligence Analyst.

  • Organized and systematic in workflow management
  • Proactive and forward-thinking
  • Operationally aligned with Executive Protection tempo
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined in documentation
  • Comfortable operating in time-sensitive, high-accountability environments
This role requires a protective intelligence mindset aligned with executive-level operations.
Core Responsibilities
Proactive Threat Monitoring
  • Utilize Babel Street (Insights & Match) and other OSINT platforms for continuous monitoring
  • Identify threats of violence, fixation behavior, harassment patterns, reputational risk indicators, and insider threat signals
  • Monitor social media, forums, open-source reporting, and relevant digital environments
  • Identify behavioral leakage and pre-incident indicators
  • Escalate credible threats immediately in accordance with protective protocols
Executive Protection Travel Intelligence
Produce structured intelligence products including:
  • Travel Risk Assessments
  • Country & Regional Threat Overviews
  • Venue Risk Assessments
  • Route Intelligence Summaries
  • Protest & Civil Unrest Monitoring
  • Local Crime Pattern Analysis
  • Infrastructure & Medical Risk Notes
Products must be concise, operationally actionable, and aligned with advance timelines.
Advance Intelligence Preparation
  • Conduct pre-advance intelligence collection prior to deployments
  • Review venue ownership, protest history, activist presence, and known threat actors
  • Identify Personas of Interest (POIs) within operational proximity
  • Prepare structured advance intelligence packets
  • Coordinate directly with EP Advance Agents and Team Leads
Daily Protective Monitoring
  • Maintain daily monitoring specific to assigned principals and sites
  • Track fixation behavior and escalation language
  • Produce Daily Intelligence Summaries (DIS)
  • Conduct post-event monitoring for residual threat indicators
Persona of Interest (POI) Investigations

  • Perform link analysis between individuals, aliases, entities, and digital infrastructure
  • Utilize public records, corporate registries, and domain research
  • Produce legally defensible investigative documentation

  • Monitor global developments impacting travel and operations
  • Assess civil unrest, political volatility, and regional instability
  • Produce executive-level briefs outlining operational impact and mitigation considerations
Fixed Site Intelligence Support
  • Provide localized intelligence for estates, corporate sites, and facilities
  • Monitor criminal trends, protest activity, and targeted harassment indicators
  • Provide actionable recommendations to Site Supervisors
