Job description

Are you ready to be a big part of something big?

At Trader Interactive, we make buying and selling a great experience. We’re a group of go-getters who decided they didn’t want to settle for the status quo. We come together as one team to build value and drive innovation across our industries - but we have fun while we do it and make sure our people are always our #1 priority.

When it comes to your career, we want to provide big opportunities to help you make a big impact. But for this to be possible, we strive to feel small. Small enough to quickly change track, small enough to learn from different teams and small enough to connect authentically with leadership.

What We Offer

  • An inclusive and supportive work environment where you can move your career forward and will have the chance to do work that has real, significant impact on the world.

  • The opportunity to be a part of a global group of digital marketplace businesses (CAR Group) located across Australia, Brazil, Chile and South Korea - collectively we have around 1,800 team members worldwide, and our Global Talent Exchange Program means you might just find yourself working in one of those businesses sometime soon.

  • Plenty of flexible leave options and employee benefits including up to 31 days of paid time off in your first year, continuing education with access to LinkedIn Learning, a full benefits package including medical, dental & vision, 401K with company match, and wellness program

What You’ll Do…

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the daily administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce Unlimited Edition environment. This role will help maintain a highly customized Salesforce platform supporting more than 300 users across multiple business units operating within a single Salesforce org.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a mature Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with experienced administrators, developers, and cross-functional business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both technically curious and business-minded, someone who not only fulfills requests but also understands the broader business impact of platform changes. They are a big-picture thinker who can evaluate how a single enhancement or configuration may affect multiple teams, processes, and business units, helping ensure scalable, thoughtful solutions that support the organization's long-term objectives.

The role will partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems to support automation, user requests, integrations, and system enhancements while ensuring platform stability, data integrity, security, and an exceptional user experience. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for a Salesforce Unlimited Edition environment supporting 300+ users across multiple business units.

  • Administer users, profiles, permission sets, roles, queues, public groups, and security settings.

  • Build, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation.

  • Support Sales Engagement, Cadence Automation, Einstein Activity Capture (EAC), and Outlook Integration.

  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, validation rules, and related platform functionality.

  • Monitor automation, scheduled jobs, integrations, and overall platform health, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights.

  • Assist with release management, sandbox testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.

  • Troubleshoot Salesforce integrations and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues.

  • Document business processes, technical configurations, and administrative procedures to support platform governance and knowledge sharing.

  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to promote user adoption and best practices.

  • Participate in continuous platform enhancements and Salesforce feature adoption, recommending improvements that align with business goals.

  • Support and maintain document generation and eSignature solutions, including Conga Composer, Conga Sign, and Adobe Sign.

  • Evaluate enhancement requests with an enterprise mindset, considering downstream impacts across business units, integrations, automation, reporting, and user experience before implementing changes.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of Salesforce Administration experience.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.

  • Experience supporting Salesforce Lightning Experience.

  • Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.

  • Understanding Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls.

  • Experience creating reports and dashboards.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to think beyond individual requests, understanding how changes may impact users, processes, and multiple business units within a shared Salesforce environment.

So come and join our team - because every role is a big role in our plans to go big.
