Job description

Reports to: Painting Supervisor

Primary Responsibility: Support MIRATECH customers with work in our service center and warehouse. Operating equipment and support product creation and order fulfillment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am to 3pm

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General Labor
  • Setting up painting equipment
  • Overseeing training of new or Junior Machine Operators
  • Using machine equipment to complete tasks
  • Evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 2 + years of general warehouse experience and operating manufacturing equipment
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift.
  • Forklift, crane, shear, and/or roller operation experience.
  • Knowledge of safe workplace practices.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time
