DMI, LLC is seeking a Jr. Network Engineer, Administrator to join us. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LANs) and associated systems, ensuring compliance with CDC standards.
  • Support Active Directory administration, including user account creation, group policy application, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform routine network troubleshooting tasks, such as workstation patching, basic router configurations, and port activation.
  • Provide first-level support for network connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
  • Assist with mobile device management, including configuration and troubleshooting using tools like Intune and Azure.
  • Participate in emergency response efforts by ensuring basic network connectivity and support for remote personnel.
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions in ServiceNow.
  • Assist in generating reports on network performance, incidents, and compliance for analysis.

Education and Years of Experience: 

  • High School Diploma; 3 - 4 years of experience
