Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to maintain, support, and optimize our organization's network infrastructure. This position is an in-person full-time position at our corporate office in Duluth GA. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures to protect company data.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN infrastructure across warehouses, data centers, and corporate offices
  • Monitor network health and proactively resolve latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues impacting operations
  • Implement and maintain network security controls through firewalls, core routers, Switches, VPNs, and access points
  • Configure and maintain routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, and IP addressing schemes
  • Deploy and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
  • Upgrade systems and apply patches to maintain performance and security
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, Development, Production, and Operations teams
  • Work with vendors, ISPs, and managed service providers to resolve issues and optimize service
  • Perform root cause analysis after incidents

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer
  • Good experience with Cisco Nexus
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching, VLANs, and QoS
  • Solid experience with network monitoring tools, packet analysis and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux

Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Network+
  • Experience with SD-WAN and multi-site connectivity
