Junior Network Operations Engineers often encounter challenges such as quickly troubleshooting unfamiliar network issues, adapting to 24/7 shift rotations, and managing the pressure of responding to critical incidents. To overcome these challenges, new engineers should actively seek mentorship from experienced team members, regularly review network documentation, and participate in on-the-job training sessions.
