You'll collaborate with a talented team of network engineers both onsite and remotely to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our critical DDI services. Key Responsibilities On-Premise DDI Management (80%) Design, implement, and manage enterprise DDI infrastructure using Infoblox solutions Administer DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) across on-premise data centers and campus networks Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize DDI services to ensure 99.9%+ availability Perform capacity planning and infrastructure scaling for growing network demands Manage Infoblox appliance upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows Implement security best practices for DDI infrastructure, including DNSSEC and access controls Respond to and resolve DDI-related incidents and service requests Maintain accurate IP address allocation and subnet management across the enterprise Cloud Platform Integration (10%) Integrate on-premise DDI services with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Manage hybrid DNS architectures spanning on-premise and cloud environments Collaborate on cloud migration projects requiring DDI service extensions Support cloud-based applications with appropriate DNS and IP management Automation & Service Development (10%) Provide guidance for development of automation tools to streamline DDI operations Assist with the creation of self-service capabilities for common DDI requests Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for DDI configurations Build monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive service management General Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for DDI architecture, configurations, and procedures Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams on cross-functional projects Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Participate in change management processes and on-call rotation Stay current with industry trends and emerging DDI technologies Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI solutions (NIOS, Grid architecture, DNS, DHCP, IPAM) Deep understanding of DNS protocols (including DNSSEC), DHCP operations, and IP address management Experience managing enterprise-scale on-premise network infrastructure Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network and DDI issues Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN design, and routing protocols Experience with network monitoring and management tools Excellent documentation and communication skills Ability to work effectively in both onsite and remote collaborative environments
