ROLE PROFILE

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior Software Developer to assist in building, testing, and maintaining software applications. Working directly with senior engineers, you will contribute real code to active project codebases, debug issues, and participate in technical planning.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write clean, functional, and well-documented code for front-end and/or back-end components.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks in existing application features.

  • Participate in daily team stand-ups, code reviews, and project planning sessions.

  • Assist with updating technical documentation, maintaining databases, and managing software integrations.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical Experience: 0–2 years of programming experience (degree, coding bootcamp, or personal projects/internships included).

  • Core Languages: Core proficiency in at least one modern language/stack (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, HTML/CSS, React, or Node.js).
