Junior .NET Developers in visa-sponsored roles often encounter challenges such as adapting to new workplace cultures, navigating language differences, and understanding complex legacy codebases. It’s important to proactively engage with your team, participate in onboarding programs, and seek mentorship opportunities to ease this transition.
