Objective: Support the rapid, incremental improvement of the Client systems by participating in Agile software development and DevSecOps practices. Assist in defect resolution, feature deployment, and quality assurance to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participatein Agile/Scrum delivery cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups,backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaboratewith developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirementsand acceptance criteria.
  • Executetest cases for new features, bug fixes, and modernization updates within3-week sprint cycles.
  • Documenttest results, defects, and improvement opportunities in management tools(e.g., Jira, Confluence) ensuring traceability.
  • Assistin scheduled and ad-hoc demonstrations to maintain real-time feedbackloops.
  • Assistin structured engineering change control, ensuring all test results anddefects are traceable to sprint or Kanban tickets.

Required Qualifications
  • Experiencewith Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Experiencewith test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and automated testingframeworks.
  • Strongattention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Abilityto work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Education - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related STEM degree program.
Minimum experience : 1-4 years.
