  • Perform preventive maintenance and urgent break/fix work on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Install, test, commission, and upgrade electrical components and control systems
  • Strengthen conveyor, motor, and automation system performance
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic; create documentation where gaps exist
  • Coach junior technicians and communicate clearly with site leaders
  • Lead by example with rigorous safety practices, including LOTO
What you bring
  • 10+ years in industrial electrical or multi‑craft maintenance
  • Deep troubleshooting skills with PLCs, drives, motors, and controls

  • Willingness to travel 75%+ and adjust to changing schedules

  • Master Electrician or Journeyman credential (or comparable experience)
