Overview

The role of Production Operator I seeks an experienced operator who can operate 5+ cells within the manufacturing assembly 5000 rotor line, can do Poka-Yoke inspections, Cycle Count inventory (if needed), and maintain area of responsibility per 5S guidelines. Operates production machines following safety and manufacturing procedures while maintaining production thruput established for the assigned cell. The machine operator is responsible for reporting daily units produced and scrap, and for following 5S procedures and safety standards. This person must also possess working knowledge of safety and PPE and have proven ability to identify quality, safety and production improvement opportunities.
